TOPIC: GOD’S VENGEANCE UPON YOUR SPOILERS!
TEXT: Gen 12:3; 20:1-18; Jer 30:16-17; Zech 2:8; Ps 17:8-9.
KEY VERSES:
“For thus saith the LORD of hosts; After the glory hath he sent me unto the nations which spoiled you: for he that toucheth you toucheth the apple of his eye.”
(Zechariah 2:8)
“Keep me as the apple of the eye, Hide me under the shadow of thy wings, From the wicked that oppress me, From my deadly enemies, who compass me about.”
(Psalm 17:8-9)
“Therefore all they that devour thee shall be devoured; and all thine adversaries, every one of them, shall go into captivity; and they that spoil thee shall be a spoil, and all that prey upon thee will I give for a prey.”
(Jeremiah 30:16)
NOTE:
A righteous soul is precious in the sight of the Lord. A sincere praying soul is like an apple of God’s eye. God takes vengeance seriously on behalf of such a soul or a people. He fights their battles and defends their course very seriously!
The case of Abraham and Abimelek king of Gerar is a typical example of God taking vengeance on behalf of own elect, the righteous.
God has assured Abraham that he would be enemy to his enemies and adversary to his adversaries.
“I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee”(Gen 12: 3).
Even though Abraham had told a lie out of fear, that Sarah was his sister rather than his wife; which prompted her being taken away by Abimelek; Yet, God did not keep quiet, but was all out to fight for Abraham and ensured that his wife Sarah was brought back to him the soonest! God was prepared to destroy both Abimelek and all he had, should he refuse to restore Sarah back to Abraham.(v.7).
Even so will the Lord fight for you and for your rights, for the Church, and for this Nation, this season as we pray and keep praying! Honesty, righteousness and prayers, make you and your entire belongings a dangerous zone to your adversaries and oppressors! All that tamper with your inheritance pay dearly. It is either they restore peacefully, like Abimelek did, or they perish quickly! God will force it out of their belly! (Job 20:15-20).
Anyone holding back your inheritance must release it this season or face God’s furry squarely! “for he that toucheth you toucheth the apple of his eye.”
(Zechariah 2:8)
I declare that the Lord will arise and fight your battles against every enemy; oppressor and devourer of your life and resources; to restore back in full and in multiple measures all that they have taken away from you in all forms and shapes, in the mighty name of Jesus! Amen.

2). Pray God to devour the devourers and spoil spoilers of Your Life, your Family, the Church, the New Converts, and this Nation! In the mighty name of Jesus.
